1- Should we bring our linen or bedding?

The linen is not provided but you can select an option when booking and you will also have the possibility to rent them on site.
Pillows, blankets or duvets are provided in all holiday rental units.

2- Are BBQ allowed?

Only gas barbecues are allowed on your pitch, You will find a barbecue area for charcoal and we can lend you a grill.

3- Are dogs allowed on site?

Yes dogs are allowed on the campsite and in all our accommodations (Limited to 2 per family). They must be leashed and vaccinated (You’ll need to have the vaccination book with you). Dogs of 1st and 2nd category are not accepted.
They are allowed on Marenda’s beach and also on the beaches between the port and the RACOU.

4- What days of arrival are possible?

Arrivals are possible on Saturday and Wednesday during the high season.

5- What will happen if we arrive late the day of our arrival?

Arrivals are normally available from 04.00PM for an accommodation.
Beyond this time, on presentation of your identity card, the keys of your home and the number of your location will be given by the night reception service. In this case, formalities are done the next morning at the reception.
Attention no vehicle entry will be possible after 23.30.

6- Where is the nearest medical center?

The nearest medical center is located at 200 m from the campsite.

7- Where is the nearest supermarket?

The nearest supermarket is located at 100 m from the campsite.

8- Can we receive visitors?

Exceptionnaly this year, visitors are not allowed.

9- Are unaccompanied minors accepted?

Minors are accepted insofar there is one adult holder of a parental authorization for each minors duly signed by the legal representatives of the minors.

The family nature of our establishment is reminded to all other guests (especially groups of young people) about the duties of everyone in terms of good-neighbourly relations (noise, cleanliness, ...)

10- Is there TV and baby kits available as on option?

We rent baby kits upon request. We do not offer optional TV but  we can put you in contact with a service provider that offers this rental.

11- Do I have to wear a swimsuit or shorts to use the water park?

A swimsuit is required, for hygiene reasons, swimming shorts are not allowed in the pools.

12- What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA bank cards, Mastercard, Maestro, cash and bank transfer for bookings.

13- Can we rent bicycles?

It is possible to rent bikes from at 50 m from the campsite.

14- Where is the nearest train station? What is the closest airport?

Argeles train station is located at 3.5 km from the camping and there is a city shuttle from the campsite. Perpignan airport is located 30 kms away  from Argelès-sur-mer.

15- Is it possible to install a tent next to our mobile home on the same plot?

We do not accept the installation of a tent next to a rental.

16- What is the amount of the tourist tax and when does it apply?

The tax is due for any person over 18 years (€ 0.66 / day / person) from the opening to the closing of the campsite.

17- What is the eco participation and what is its cost?

We charge eco participation to cover the cost of resource and waste disposal taxes. The eco participation is a cost implication awareness (0.35 € / person / day) from the opening to the closing of the campsite.

18- What are the distances to COLLIOURE - LE RACOU – PERPIGNAN - FIGUERAS?

The camping is located 1 km away from the RACOU, 8 km away from COLLIOURE, 12 km away from SAINT CYPRIEN, 24 kms from the city center of PERPIGNAN and 55 km away from FIGUERAS.

19- When should we pay our outstanding balance?

The outstanding balance is due at your arrival.

20- Do you rent safety deposit boxes?

In the reception we provide individual Safety deposit boxes with secure locking available for access during the reception opening hours.

21- What time can we arrive at the latest? What time can we leave at the soonest?

Traffic is allowed in the campsite from 7:30 to 23:30. However, if you park your car on the parking of the reception the night before, you can leave at your convenience by night or simply walk back to your emplacement on the campsite.

22- Is the water park open to external persons?

The water park is not accessible to external persons.

23- Are the swimming pools heated?

We have a pool heated (covered) on the campsite.

24- When is entertainment on site?

All the free sports activities as well as the evening entertainments start at the end of the 2nd week of May to the end of the 2nd week of September.

25- On what dates is the kids club open?

The kids club runs from the 1st of July to the 31st of August.

26- Can we choose our emplacement / our mobile-home?

Mobile homes are allocated by Homair Vacances according to availability so as to optimise the planning schedules. The allocation may be modified at any time before the actual handing over of the keys.

We cannot, under any circumstances, guarantee a specific pitch for the type of accommodation selected.

27- Do you offer WIFI on the campsite?

The campground is covered by WIFI and network access is done via assigning a password (valid for two devices connected simultaneously).  Different prices are available, decreasing according to the duration (from 4 € for one day to 20 € per week).

28- Is there a TV room on the camping?

We have a TV at the bar where are the different sports events broadcasted.

29- How many people are allowed on rentals?

The maximum number of persons for rentals depend on the capacity itself of the holiday rental unit.

30- How many vehicles are allowed per pitch?

We allow one vehicle per emplacement. After application, and the configuration of the emplacement, a second vehicle may be permitted with extra charge.

31- Hire deposit?

A minimum hire deposit of €150 (hire and cleaning)) will be requested of you when you are handed the keys on the day of your arrival.

The deposit will be returned to you on the day of your departure, after the inventory and the checking of the premises has been completed.

We reserve the right to retain the cleaning charges or repair costs (€150) in the event that we notice any damage or if the mobile home is not returned in a perfect state of cleanliness.

In the event that you leave outside the hours allotted for the departure inventory, our staff will be the sole judge of the state of the mobile home and may decide to retain the deposit if they consider it to be justified. No compensation claims will be entertained in the event of an early departure.
